Chelsea Flower Show
Chelsea Flower Show, held in the grounds of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea
(home of the Chelsea Pensioners) in late May each year, is the world's
greatest garden show. What better place for Buildbase to demonstrate
that the company can "supply everything to build your dream garden except
the plants". |

In 2009 Buildbase joined forces with The Children’s Society supplying the building materials used to construct a stylish and practical garden for the urban family.
Designed by Mark Gregory the garden won a Gold Medal.

In 2007
Buildbase joined forces with
popular TV gardener Chris Beardshaw
and provided all the materials to
construct his show garden
“Celebrating 100 years
of Hidcote Manor”

In 2005
Buildbase supported the Chelsea Pensioners with their show garden,
“A Soldier’s dream of Blighty”,
the most successful garden
ever at Chelsea,
which won a Gold medal,
the Best Show Garden Award,
and the BBC People’s Choice Award.

Salvation Army with their show garden,

which won a Silver Medal
and the BBC People’s Choice Award.

Buildbase is an Affiliate member
of BALI, the national body representing landscape contractors
in the UK, and a substantial number of BALI members have trading
accounts with Buildbase. |

of BALI's aims and objectives, including the encouragement of
high standards of quality, workmanship and service within the
landscape industry and in 2006 is pleased to be a sponsor of the
UK Landscape Skills Competition and the National Landscape Awards,
